Fees

My fees vary with the type of project involved, but they are based on the guidelines given by the Society for Editors and Proofreaders.

I can provide a daily rate, an hourly rate, a rate per 1,000 words or a fixed price for the overall project.

The actual fee will depend on the project and your specific requirements but, as a guide, proofreading and copy-editing jobs will usually be in the range of £15 to £30 per 1,000 words, but can go higher for technical documents.
